16th edition

The 15th edition of the Biel/Bienne Festival of Photography was a real succes with 6000 visitors who came to see the 26 exhibitions of 39 swiss and international photographers from the 2 - 25.9.2011. That's 20% more than in 2010.

Now, the 16th edition is in preparation and will open from 7. - 30.9.2012

RADO STAR PRIZE SWITZERLAND at Biel/Bienne Festival of Photography
Organized by the Biel/Bienne Festival of Photography and Rado, RADO STAR PRIZE SWITZERLAND supports the creation of a new and innovative photographic project.
The RADO STAR PRIZE SWITZERLAND is aimed to cultivate the cultural exchange between Europe and Asia and to offer a career springboard to a young photographer. The production and exhibition of a photographic project in China up to 10'000.- Fr. (round-trip flight, accomodation and visa costs are covered) for the winner.
